Do you feel that employers are typically understanding and accepting of people with mental health issues? Do you feel it is a barrier to finding a good job, or do you think the opportunities still exist, in spite of the mental health struggles? Is there a limit for how much an employer should take?

No. Never feel they truly are. I'm in a state where it is at will. I always fear being fired for having a mental illness like autism or so. Even fear being fired or let go due to medical reasons in general too.

Employers could care less about their workers as long as they turn up and do what's expected of them. It sucks, because employers should understand that without their employees, they have no business.

On the flipside, employees also have a responsibility to the customers their company serves, because without them they would have no job.

In relation to mental health issues employers need to get with the program and understand that mental health issues are real and if they put procedures and policies into place to help people with their issues they will have more productive staff, just don't hold your breath.

Yup, exactly!
