I am sorry to hear that Marti, are you taking any pain killers and do they help you?
That is not good Marti, sorry to hear that you struggle to find good pain killers.
Fibromyalgia is a nerve issue that is brought on from an inflammatory response. It is hard for doctors to pinpoint a cause because it can be mental, physical, or dietary. I would try working on stress reduction, doing healing exercises when you can (physical movement reduces inflammation), and eating more anti-inflammatory foods such as fish, eggs, fermented food, and nuts.
