Mental Illness How do you get out of bed when all you want to do is hide?

Baby steps. First step is get dressed. Next step get dressed & go out the door actually. Next, get dressed, go out door, & walk to end of your driveway, to the other house, 10 feet, something.
This is one of the techniques they use to help people overcome their fears, anxiety, depression. Literally you are taking baby steps. Goal is to do something more each day or each week.
Granted not foolproof but does help.
Just don’t overthink too much. Enjoy life, focus on living & things will be ok.
Anybody else have any tips that works for them?
