Are you proactive or reactive when it comes to managing your physical health?

I am usually reactive but trying to be better recently.

I would say 'couch potato' lol. Seriously, I'm trying very hard to be proactive and lose weight, but it's hard to do that when you're disabled and the only option is to stop eating. I've lost about 7lb in the last three months, slow and steady.
