What are some strategies you use to take care of your mental health? How do you know when to take a break and prioritize self-care?

Finding something interesting to do. Looking for ways to make homelife easier, whether that be with tech, better kitchenware, a brighter looking more colourful bathroom. Anything that lightens the mood. A little self-indulgence now and then is good - such as retail therapy lol.

Something I really struggle with but does help is having self compassion. Being kind and gentle with yourself. Learn to forgive yourself, be patient, and treat yourself with love and respect.

That can go a long way to looking after our physical problems.

Self-care is the practice of intentionally taking care of your physical, mental, and emotional health. It is a vital aspect of living a fulfilling life, and everyone should incorporate it into their daily routine. While the idea of self-care is simple, implementing it can be challenging for many people.
