Anxiety Tips to help with an Anxiety attack

This is one of the techniques my therapist actually mentioned, along with the Rainbow method -- spell out the name Roy G Biv, each initial signifies a colour. Find something of that colour, wherever you are. Red, Orange Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet. Another distraction method that keeps your mind off of your anxiety.

The first method has been taught to me by my therapist too.

Very useful advice.
