Physical Health Vegetarian Diet


I grew up in a culture where a vegetarian diet is highly appreciated in terms of religious perspective as well as healthy food choices. If you look at the different research regarding diet, you will see some research praising non-vegetarian foods and some research praising vegetarian food. In your own experience, which one is better.
As someone that has always been a meat eater, I don't think I could move to a vegetarian diet, to be honest. It's just better for me.
