🌙 The Not Alone Hour – Saturdays at 8PM UK / 12PM Phoenix

One hour. One topic. A chance to feel less alone.

Every Saturday, we open up a live chat for anyone who needs a place to talk—or just to sit quietly with others who get it. We focus on one theme each week, something real, something we all face at some point. No pressure, no fixing each other, just people showing up.

You don’t have to say a word. But if you do, you’ll be heard.

What It’s About:

  • One-hour live chat
  • A different topic every week (we’ll post it ahead of time)
  • No pressure to join in the chat—listening is more than enough
  • A calm space to connect with others who are also just trying to get through it

A Few Simple Rules:

  1. What’s said here, stays here. We respect privacy.
  2. No judgment. Everyone's journey is different.
  3. Don’t offer advice unless someone asks for it. Listening comes first.
  4. Let people speak without jumping in.
  5. Be kind. Always.
  6. No hate speech, bullying, or disrespect. You’ll be removed.
  7. No pressure to talk. Just being here matters.

Time Zones:

  • UK: 8PM
  • Phoenix, AZ: 12PM
  • US East Coast: 3PM
  • Central Europe: 9PM

This Week’s Theme:

Letting Go of the Past

Whatever that means for you—loss, guilt, anger, regret—we’ll be holding space for it this Saturday.

It’s just an hour. But sometimes, that’s enough to feel a little less alone.
