At Trapped Minds, we aim to provide a responsible, respectful, and secure online environment. Our forum site is open for users who are 18 and above, because while we permit adult-themed words, we do not allow explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or exploitative material.

Scope

The following policy is for all moderators, administrators, and users of Trapped Minds.

Core Principles

• Adult Content Permitted: Mature content is acceptable, but explicit or exploitative content is not permitted.
• Safety for Everybody: All members and guests are prioritized for their safety.
• Zero Tolerance for Exploitation: Any harmful conduct, including child exploitation, will not be tolerated.

1. Target Audience

• Trapped Minds is for people 18 years and older.
• Age confirmation is required for site registration.
• All users under 18 will be removed from the forum upon being found.

2. Age Verification Constraints

• We are unable to verify ages formally at this time.
• Self-certification and community-based monitoring are depended upon for enforcement purposes.

3. Content Rules

• Language should be clear and concise (not vague).
• Explicit content is prohibited, including:
  • Sexual material
  • Graphic violence
  • Gore
  • Exploitative or abusive material
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly forbidden.
  If we find any CSAM, we will remove it at once and notify the relevant law enforcement agencies without fail.
• Sharing or seeking content which harms or puts at risk children is an automatic cause for permanent banning and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

• Posts and direct messages are checked for prohibited content and unsafe conduct by staff and automated processes.
• Violations are dealt with at once, including banning for good and, if needed, reporting to respective authorities.

5. Reporting Violations

• Members should report any violations using the Report button or through an email sent to [email protected].
• All allegations are confidential and are considered seriously.
• Where needed, we will report such CSAM or content we consider to be in legal violation of such laws to the authorities.

6. Safeguards for Personal Information

• Members are urged not to share personal details (e.g., actual names, addresses, telephone numbers).
• Harassment, threats, and doxxing will result in an instant ban and permanent removal.

Children’s Online Safety

While Trapped Minds is an adult site, we are committed to child online protection. We will remove minors who are found on the forum for their own safeguarding. We proactively screen for and eliminate any content that endangers the well-being or dignity of minors.

By accessing and using this site, users commit to following the community guidelines and actively working toward a secure and considerate environment. Users further agree that Trapped Minds does not take responsibility for any content that does appear in spite of these rules being implemented, and that they will notify Trapped Minds as soon as possible if there is an issue.
