I am Lee, I am 37 years old and I am a long term sufferer of mental illness.
I have Anxiety, Panic Attacks and suffer with heart related health anxiety. I attend groups @ Andy's Man Club every Monday to make positive steps with my mental health. It sets me off right in the week.
Outside of my brain, I am an electrical controls and automation engineer and manage a panel design and manufacturing department.
I have a family, four small children and a wife.
Looking forward to meeting people who are as interested in breaking the stigma surround mental illness as I am.
