• Hi there, and welcome to Trapped Minds!

We are a mental health community that focuses on engagement and discussion. We are a friendly, welcoming and inclusive community open to all who wish to engage in discussion about mental health, whether as someone who suffers, someone who supports a sufferer, or someone who is simply curious. All are welcome here.

Please join us, engage with us, and learn with us. We're here for you.

Note: Trapped Minds is a community of volunteers. Our community is not to be used as a replacement for actual therapy or medical help. We offer experience as sufferers, but cannot be regarded beyond that. If you are struggling, please reach out for help.

Within the contextual meaning of being a voice hearer, as within the basic concept of your spectral voices being the main recipients of our inner selves and of the masks that we share with them upon a daily basis as it's held within the bonds of an unavoidable relationship and one in which we have to become swiftly accustomed too as it's interrelated and combined within our conscious awareness of them as well as within my internal self narration or what's termed as subvocalization, as every disease needs a host or a succubus in order to spread it's plague upon us unwittingly and bring it's barrage of intrusiveness and disruption into our lives, as we come to grow into our new roles and deal with our respective new medical interferences the best we can and aspire to feel like our normal selves or more importantly who we were before the condition took place within our lives, we can be faced with impossible odds at times when we need rest or the comfort of our autonomy or a safe place to dwell but fall upon our own ability to reach out upon platforms like this very example or to research and learn all we can about our relative experiences and the treatments that we are medically receiving keeping updated and alert to advances or more local home made remedies that give us some mild relief and to feel that we are not exiled or alone within these stages within the relationship the we have with what can be strange, distressing, bothersome or painful periods co existing with an uninvited unwanted or unexpected host or hosts in some cases as misery loves trouble and our cups are never quite full enough for their company or attention, this daily pathological contest is one of our strengths to an unsung measurable degree and we are evidence of these unedifying factors in our lives, if only clinicians and doctors could view us as experts within how our bodies and minds are equipping our lives to combat the unseen, the unquestionable and the unthinkable realities of our host occupiers living vicariously through us as entities as our positivity and giving spirit shines through and gives us hope in quite times.
